Constant Resetting issue…

I’m wondering if there is anyone who can help me with this situation. I have a Surface Pro 11th Generation Copilot and for the last 6 to 8 months, I’ve been having issues with the device freezing up and restarting out of no where. I’ve run diagnostics and I’ve even tried reinstalling the bios and windows 11 arm fresh but the issues persist. Is it possibly an issue with the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor perhaps? I am also out of luck because this started happening after my warranty expired.

Early adopters of the Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon processors have reported scattered instances of freezes and random restarts. When problems persist even after clean installs and updates, it usually points to hardware instability rather than software.

I returned my early‑production SP11 due to a persistent out-of-the-box screen flicker that survived every update and troubleshooting step. Several demo units at the store did not show this behavior, which confirmed the issue was specific to my device rather than the platform as a whole.

It’s also worth noting that components that are borderline from the factory may not fail immediately. They can appear stable at first, but gradually become unreliable as they age out of spec, which is why some users only notice symptoms months later.
