I recently switched to Surface 3 from my Note Pro. I had a great app for logging my blood sugar and blood pressure levels to share with my Dr. The problem is that I can't find any such app for Surface Pro. Can anyone help me out? Does anyone else have this issue?

You may find a useful Diabetes Tracker in the Windows Store here. Also, you might search for "Blood Sugar" or "Patient Tracker" for some possibly useful apps.

I have a friend who recommends mendosa.com , for online tracking. That way, it is automatically accessible and backed up for you.

The ones in the store are pretty awful. I'll check out the online service.
