Hello,

I have a <1 month old Surface Pro and for the last few days it's been crashing while sleeping. For some reason WhoCrashed only sees the event that occurred overnight, although a similar crash happened a couple days ago. The WhoCrashed report is below. Does anyone have any suggestions to troubleshoot?

Hi, welcome to the forum.

A few questions. Is your machine a Surface Pro, or a Surface Pro 3?

Does it happen when it's plugged into power, on battery, or both?

Have you tried refreshing, or restoring, your Surface?

Please let us know!

Same error since windows 10 (fresh install)
ntoskrnl.exe+152c76
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f
any idea or way to find out what driver or device cause this?
