Dvorak type cover?

Is there a dvorak type cover available for the Surface? How about the on-screen keyboard?

I read about this but can't find the source right now. I believe the Surface supports Dvorak but not on the onscreen or covers. Definitely not for the key arrangement on the touch covers even if you can remap since the keys are non-removable If you can find the setting for it (via desktop) it may work with bluetooth or usb.
