Emailing links in IE

This may be a stupid question, but how do I email website links to friends in IE. I do it all the time from my PC, iPad and Nook, but I never use IE on them.

Help. I can't seem to figure it out on my Surface RT.

Expose the Charms menu. Select Share and Email should be one of the available option. I you click on Email, then your Email app should open automatically with the link embedded in the message box of the email. Naturally, you will have to fill in the other information like email address of recipient, subject etc.

Thanks, but that doesn't work because I use Outlook for email. The mail app refuses to accept my email account. I guess I'll have to set up a separate email account for sharing from my Surface.
