Solved Error 0x1900101-0x40017 during updating to win 10

Hi,
I tried to update my surface pro 3 from win 8.1 to win 10, but after 75% progress the surface restart and display blue screen and restore back to win 8.1 and display error 0x1900101-0x40017.
could you please help me.

Some known causes of this error are:

Bad USB drivers - Unplug all usb devices during the upgrade.
Eset Antivirus - Remove the software.
Trusteer Rapport - Credit card fraud protection software - remove the software.

Other devices or software may be at fault, remove or uninstall anything with system drivers if necessary do a clean install REFRESH/RESET to 8.1 then upgrade to 10.

Also, the Cisco VPN Client is known blocker for installing the Windows 10 update....remove it while under Windows 8.1 first....
