ethernet will not work

Hello,

my SP3 ethernet w'ont work (no connection),
I still use Win 8.1 (with the newest updates), wifi works fine.

• I used different cabels,
  
  
• switched wifi off and on
  
  
• did many restarts
  
  
• checked the devce manager for newest drivers
  (which driver is important)

Any Idea?

This ethernet is connected how? USB adapter? Docking Station?
