Exchange Server Address - blocked by current TPM Policy

Hi all,
Having a problem with a 2nd Surface hub we bought. Attaching it to the LAN, it first says it can't connect to exchange autodiscover so needs the info manually, then when we type in the exchange server address, I get the requested operation was blocked by current TPM policy.
As far as I know, there is no TPM policy. I attach screenshot of the error.
Has anyone else come across this problem? Any ideas of a solution?

Didn't see anything on a Google search I'd be willing to click on. The MSDN description is nothing other than the text displayed.

This seems like we went down a rat hole and fell through to some other where.

Check to see if the system time is correct as incorrect time can lead to auth failures and strange results. Then check for firmware and updates.

How did the setup go on the first Surface Hub you connected to the LAN?
