Failed Win10 version 1903 update

when i update to 1903, my flip cover can not turn on. (flipcover doesn work)
i need your help.

In Device Manager, uninstall Human Interface devices. Then reboot.

in human interface devices i have a lot option. what must to uninstall sir?

It is okay to remove all of them.
