Falling asleep while watching streaming video on Surface RT - sleep timer??

The Surface RT won't go into 'sleep mode' while video is streaming from sites such as Justin.tv. So changing the sleep settings in the control panel achieves nothing (as far as I know).

I occasionally like to fall asleep with a video is playing.

Does anyone know of an app or a setting that can control this..? I've a 'sleep timer' programme on my Windows 7 machine.

Given the "walled garden" nature of Windows RT, Microsoft probably doesn't want to give apps access to the power settings.

The only thing I can think of is to use Task Scheduler to create a shut down timer of sorts, but I have no idea if the Windows RT version is any different from Win8. A couple resources that might help you get started if you want to try that:
