Does anyone know how / where to access the Flash Player Local Settings Manager on the Surface Pro 3? I need to specify a trusted location for flash testing.

I just hit the search charm (magnifying glass/F5 on the TypeCover, or do Win+X and pick Search) and typed in Flash, and it was the first result. Is that what you're looking for?
