Fullscreen trouble

Hi!

The issue have been with me since i got my SP4 in January, but i haven't bothered to think about it too much.

The problem is that sometimes when i exit fullscreen in e.g. Youtube my Edge browser window isn't maximized anymore. It isn't even on the same place on the page as i were when i fullcreened. When i maximize though, it pops right to the place i was. Anyone have the same issue, or have a possible solution?

I'm not a native English speaker, so if you dont understand, please ask :)

Hello, @Eplak

Is it possible you rotated the screen? This will change the window location.

I tried this on my Surface Book, Windows 10, Build 14372
- Maximized Edge Browser window
- Began playing a YouTube video, then clicked for full screen (bottom right)
- Escaped full screen (Escape key)
> Edge still maximized

It may be that you have some third party player installed, or your computer has a bug.

I am certain that i did not rotate the screen. It happens occasionally over a timespan, then suddenly it is fixed. Today i also experienced this in other apps as well. It is the fullscreen action, not necessarily in Edge.

Maybe Windows 10 does not update screen position information quickly enough. Does waiting a bit before switching the video to full screen mode solve the problem?
