Google Play Books Reader App

Is there a google play books reader app that can view and read my library?

I don't use Google Services, but the last time this topic came up the only Solution that seemed to work was through a browser...

What device are you using?

before I switch to a IE metro user, I use it with chrome (check out the chrome store)
after installing it, u can pin the book that u want it to available offline and it will be downloaded.

if u are an IE metro user like me now....
well, I myself are looking for a solution as well
