Is there a setting i can configure so every time i reply to a thread, or make a thread, the "receive email notifications" box is not ticked by default?

One of the first things I always change!

Click on your name > Preferences > Untick both 'Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply...' & 'and receive email notifications of replies'

To change that option tap/click the username in the top green bar area and select "Contact Details"
Its the bottom bog under Messaging Preferences

Thanks heaps guys. I did look there previously. I never saw that setting though because i'm using noscript in firefox and it was interfering with the interface. Thanks again.
