HELP Me - My right sidebar doesn't work

I don't know why, but suddenly my right sidebar (share/config/etc) doesn't appear when I slide my finger.

I have my surface RT for 2 months and had no problem till now.

Please, anyone who could help me here ???

what does restore means ?? There's no backup utility on Surface ? Will I lost installed applications and data on refreshing my Surface ?

Restore will not erase your files. Check the link above for info and directions.

@cauzion, can we do this first? If you have a keyboard, place the mouse pointer to the upper right corner, and see if it appears.

Delete the touch screen calibration. When I calibrated mine, it made my charms screen only open if I swiped from the center of the screen. Deleting it fixed my problem. (I must have done a bad job calibrating)

Had the same problem and re-calibrating worked.

Well, I did an Installation Refresh and it worked. Have no time to test with other posted suggestions. Thanks you all guys !
