My mother got me a Surface tablet for christmas. I've enjoyed using it, but it appears I've lost the charger at my school with no hope of finding it. I've realized I don't quite know what kind of Surface tablet I have and now I can't find a charger to buy. The back of the kickstand says Model: 1657 but searching google for that has been fruitless. It charges via a microusb port on the right side. If someone could help me either identify what kind of Surface I have or point me to where I can get a charger for it I would be forever grateful.
Go to www.surface.com and go to support and enter the serial number and it will tell you all about your device.
It's a Surface 3 LTE. I can't find a charger for that on Microsofts website.
