How Come Australians Will Get Their Surfaces Later Than Everyone Else?

Just wondering why we wait longer? It's a pain because it says it will be delivered "by 6th of November". Is there a chance it will come sooner?

It is often the case that international release and delivery dates are different. Sometimes that can be months between different regions, so I would say waiting a week is not as bad as it could be
