Click to expand... you may be able to add a comment but annotating in general is not implemented unless I missed something. I use PDF Touch, which does everything from drawing, highlighting, underlining etc. you could also open the pdf in MS Word and add comments. cheers Last edited: Feb 10, 2013

OP B butters149 New Member Feb 10, 2013 #3 I did it once in reader but bot again. Ill try other apps.
