Hyperlinks not working

Just today, any hyperlink in an emails will not open up Firefox or IE to the appropriate pager. Click on the link and nothing happens. Any ideas?

What version of Windows are you using? What version of IE are you using? What updates have you allowed to install? What software have you installed just today?

Windows 8.1. Downloaded a a set of business forms today but uninstalled it.

I suspect those business forms left some browser add-ins. Check IE and Firefox for that.
