I preordered, when do they charge my card for it?

I preordered on the 28th but still havent been billed. I'm guessing they charge when they send it? Or is there something wrong with my order? Or better yet my card lol?

Microsoft charges when the order ships. Monitor your credit card account. You will see the transaction several hours before an email verifying that your order has shipped.

Curious what you preordered on the 28th? pretty sure the Surface Pro 3 is already out
