Is Photoshop finally optimized to use the DGPU on the Surface Book?

Since I am coming from 2 months of not using any Adobe products due to not renewing the monthly payment, this lead me into not knowing if Adobe has optimized Photoshop and their other programs with the Surface Book's DGPU since the last time I reported using Photoshop with the DGPU, it was quite buggy and didn't benefit anything.

So this leads me to my question on if the Adobe has optimized Photoshop and their other software to take advantage over the Surface Book's DGPU without it being vastly buggy and a hindrance.
