Hi
I have a monitor that supports DVI-D and VGA inputs only. To get around this I have an adapter that plugs into the DVI-D port on the monitor with a female HDMI socket on the other side. I can plug my other laptops / devices into this adapter via HDMI and they all work fine.
However, I'm unable to get it to work with the SPro7 using the USB-C to HDMI cable. The SPro7 recognises a monitor is present, but noting shows on the screen, and all other settings for the second monitor are greyed out.
Any ideas?
