Issues watching embedded videos?

Some of the embedded videos I am trying to watch (i.e OnDemandKorea -) fail to load on the Surface. I was able to watch a lot of these videos on my IPad so I'm wondering if it's a compatability issue or a problem with my settings. I'd really apprecite your help!!
