Obviously, there is a feature that I'm overlooking that would have allowed me to do that as part of the original post. What is it?

Hi Russ,

Use the Go Advanced button next to the Post Quick Reply button. Once in the advanced editor there is an option in the text tool bar for Code insertion. Simply highlight the text your wish to cover and then click the # button which will wrap the selected text with the proper html tags.
