LDAP connection

We are a company of 30 people and are using 3 office 365 accounts for our boardroom and our surface hub environment.
When we want to email whiteboard drawings for example, only the three office 365 accounts are in autofill. When we want to mail to our internal emails, we always have to type in the entire email-address.

I was hoping to find an option to add our user directory from our mailserver (trough LDAP for example) to the office 365 account of our hub or add it to the hub itself.
I didn't find much info about it and guess it's not possible.

Does someone have more info about this?
