limited browser conectivity at school

Have a Surface 3. At times I can't get my browser (usually FF but same problem w/ Chrome) to "connect", no access to Gmail or bookmarked websites. However at the same time I can play a video sitting in Dropbox and I can ping successfully. Problems sometimes clears up with several tablet restarts.

A lot of schools block stuff so make sure this is allowed first since your only having issues at school.

Oh, be sure to report this to your school's system administrator, they will fix it.
