How do you turn on & off live tiles? Also, how do you delete them?

Right click on the Live Tile, select Turn Off.

Oh, didn't even know there was a cursor...tried holding the pen down & swiping down like windows 8...thank you!

If you're using the Pen, then a long-press with the Pen should do the same as right-click.
