Apparently, Microsoft's next update for Windows 10 has been delayed a bit. It's launch date has slipped from October to November. It's called "Threshold 2" and amongst a number of bug fixes, it is also meant to including support for Edge extensions, a new universal Messaging app for the desktop and a few “under-the-hood improvements benefitting Universal Apps.”
We will keep you posted if more intel is released, as well as when the final release date is solidified. Don't forget to drop by our dedicated Windows 10 section for further discussion: Windows 10 Forum | Microsoft Surface Forums
