New SP3 flick screen

Hi guys, Im from Argentina and I bought a SP3 two month ago and I received yersterday.

The Screen Flick some times over a minute and I dont know what to do. I updated the W8 and it continuos happen, and I updated to W10 and it do it again.

Do you know what to do?
