Solved No valid IP configuration

Occasionally my Surface will indicate I'm connected via WiFi but I cannot get any webpage. I've finally found the error "Wi Fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration." I cannot figure out how to fix this problem. Your suggestions are appreciated.

Let's try to get you fixed up.
Your "hosts" configuration is "hosed".

1 - Search, Device Manager, Network Adapters, find your adapter and remove it.
2 - Cold reboot.
