Is there any way to configure the Surface Book so that the clipboard can only be released when the Surface Book is running in Windows and not when at the lock screen, sleeping, hibernating or powered off?
We would like to configure Surface Books so they can only be detached after a user logs into Windows and, even then, only when the screen isn't locked.
