Pen losing signal

Hi everybody i 'm having this problem with the pen, basically, it stops working suddenly...and then i have to pair again or wait some time. i wondering if i have to change the battery. above all which battery do i have to change ? thanks a lot ciao

Pairing is just for the Purple Button (it uses watch batteries) the barrel which is used for writing uses the AAAA Battery. Is the purple button failing or is it refusing to write? Answer that, and it will tell you which battery to replace.

With that said, I've had the SP3 since June 20, I've replaced the AAAA Battery once and never needed to replace the watch battery. I use my pen heavily.

Sometimes this happens to me too.
Then I just have to restart the SP3.

The fail is the writing side. Itstops
writing all of the sudden. So it's the AAAA battery i guess i have to replace.

thats how it happened with me. Repalced the AAAA battery and worked just fine again.
