Photo Tile wont shuffle photos

Hi! New to forum and Surface! question: Before I completed the upgrade to 8.1, my photos in SkyDrive and pic file was shuffling just fine. Now all I see is the green photo tile and no pics. I did ensure that "shuffle " is turned on. Suggestions?

Right click, check to make sure live tile is turned on too.
