Photos App - No tagged FB photos

Why can't I see tagged Facebook photos on Surface Photos app? The only photos the app shows are the ones i myself uploaded. Where are the others?

True, because of privacy issues, it only pulls from your own album.

In other words the photos I will see under Facebook are most likely the same I have on my camera, phone and PC, and probably the same under my Surface photos library. Hmmmm...
