I noticed that my Surface 3 shows the power icon in the system tray as "Plugged in, Not Charging" but the charger isn't plugged in. I don't detect any power depletion or charging issues, it's just the icon. I had to turn off the auto screen brightness because it kept dimming/flickering-not sure if it's related.
I did the standard troubleshooting things: reboot, charge to 100%. All updates are installed. The icon changes without rhyme or reason.
Any ideas?
