Is there any way to wirelessly stream to a TV or monitor?

If we get an updated WDDM 1.3 Video Driver from Microsoft and NVIDIA, we should be able to when the 8.1 upgrade is released and you have a Miracast enabled TV or Monitor or Adapter like the Netgear PTV3000
