Power mode slider missing

So I've been watching reviews for the new surface products and I've noticed this new power slider (pic below). Microsoft site says it should show up on the Laptop and the Pro (no Pro version specified, hope it's not just the new one). I have all the updates installed but my SP4 shows the old menu without the slider.

Am I missing something ?

I think it's a different version of windows.

Yes, it shows it's Windows Enterprise Insider Preview.
