Pro 2 256gb, no power

Hey guys, newer surface owner. Just upgraded to the pro 2. Now it won't turn on, I've done the ten second thing. Any other suggestions. Really annoyed after owning it for less than two days. Love it while it worked!

Hold the Volume Rocker Down and Press the Power Button quickly (but firmly) let go and you should see the Surface Logo Boot Screen.

OK, hold the power button down and count to 30 then release, plug it in then try my solution again...
