pro 3 screen rotation and keyboard not working

my screen rotation and keyboard stopped working from yesterday. I took it to a microsoft store in midtown ny and they were not able to fix. I bought it from Costco. Any idea how i can fix the problem? i seriously thought this is a good product --after three months looks like i have to dump it.

Welcome to the forum

I'm a little surprised they didn't suggest getting it fixed at the Microsoft store. I would make another trip and pester them.

I should still be under warranty.
