Problem: different language for right click menu in start screen

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and this morning I just received my toy surface pro3 i7 256gb.
I am setting it up, but it is a big headache with the complex language settings. I need your help here!

My touch cover is Italian (I live in Italy and bought it here), but I want to set up my windows in English, as I am not Italian and I work in English.

I did everything, but the language of the right-click menu remains in Italian. I tried everything such as changing the location to USA and copying the display language (English) to welcome screen, etc.

What can I do?

Well I ain't no expert on this but I'll hazard a guess that you need a Multilingual User Interface language pack

Actually, I managed to solve it.
Apparently, some parts require downloading new shells as part of the update. I finished updates, and voilà, everything is now in English.

If someone has similar problem, I advise to update!
