Solved Problem with display colors

Hi guys, i have a Surface Pro 2 by one year, but now i've a problem with the display, it seems that black colour goes to red and i've many artifacts! What can i do for resolve the problem? The Surface runs correctly, also the touch screen, I'm going crazy! In the BIOS i've the same problem, i unistalled graphic drivers and reinstalled but nothing

Either the LCD panel is failing or the GPU is from the looks of the screen. Does Device Manager list the Intel GPU under Display Adapters?
