just in case like me you find your touchpad scroll less than reliable or also like me your corner clicks not so great i thought i would post that i had a chat with MS and they sent a new one to me and OOH BOY is it better. i wish i had known what it was supposed to be like from day one or i would have taken my original back shortly after buying it.
i had 2 options for replacement:
1. give them my credit card info and they take off the charge when they receive my old one and verify it wasnt user abuse like water damage. i chose this method because i could not be without a keyboard.
2. you send them your current one and the still verify and then they send you a new one. this method requires not having it for about 5-7 days
