Right Click problems w/ pen and touch

So after upgrading to Windows 10, I'm getting this problem where after using the pen for an extended period of time, when I switch back to using my fingers, all it does is "right click" where I press instead of the usual settings. It doesn't go back to normal unless I restart my surface. Is there a setting to fix this or is it some sort of glitch? Would appreciate it a lot if someone can help. Thanks.

Its a bug... it happens occasionally it will be fixed in an upcoming update I'm sure....

Check the onscreen keyboard, mine sometimes sticks the shift or control key, messes up touch and pen.
