RT - Kickstand central hinge paint flaking off

On my RT's kickstand, directly where the central hinge is, the paint's flaked off. Has this happened to anyone else? Would MS replace it?

The paint on the back of my device has also chipped off. I bought mine second-hand, so I have not inquired to Microsoft about it. You may just have to live with it.

I have on the edges. Especially on the stand part. Not quite sure if this cover by MS. I would love to know also.
