Hello all I'm new to PC and having problems trying to save pics to my photos file. I keep getting the message "the network name cannot be found". I'm sure its a simple fix but I just can't get it. Thanks and Happy Holidays

This might happen if you're trying to save files to SkyDrive cloud storage, which requires an internet connection (or to a networked computer, though if you don't know PC very well, I kind of doubt you'd have your computers networked together). On the Surface, you can save to your local drive, such as the local Pictures location: C:\Users\(your username)\Pictures
