Share/Upload to Flickr?

So now that Flickr has found itself relevant again, are there any apps that allow you to upload to Flickr via the Share Charm? The built-in Photos app can already download the photos and show your Flickr library but there doesn't seem to be a way to upload to Flickr through the app.

The two I know, can't login to the new Flickr. FWIW, try Flickrific.
