sketchbook pro?

Is the US store any different then the canadian one. Ive read from numerous sites that Sketchbook pro is already available for the RT but I can't find it on the canadian store.

Sketchbook Express is available but only for x86 and x64 platforms not for ARM, there is another Painting App available called FreshPaint
