skype offer code not working

I tried to avail the skype offer that is included in the package , but the website shows "no voucher exists"
Has anyone else faced the same issue ? What is the work arround
I got my surface pro 2 on jan 28,

The skydrive account accard worked like a charm but dont know whats the issue with skype.

Issue is i am not able to contact the MS support , i purchased this device from HongKong and currently working in Nepal , thus i am not able to contact them on phone , can you tell me their number which i can call from Skype ?

Maybe someone (the seller) looked inside the surface box and used the code before sending the tablet to you...? Hong Kong is one of the 8 countries and territories that benefits from free mobile calls from this offer (in addition to the free landline calls) so that code is highly desirable from someone living in Hong Kong.
