On my Surface Pro I love IE 10.1. Fonts look amazing. Zoom and scrolling are butter smooth. Being able to swipe back and forth to pages is cool. It is a browser MADE for touch.
But here's the problem. I use gdipp to smooth fonts on larger monitors. It doesn't work on IE 10.1 so fonts look really jaggy on my 21.5 inch monitor. Firefox does use gdipp and so fonts look great. But Firefox doesn't handle touch well. Zooming stutters and scrolling isn't smooth.
So for my big monitor I prefer Firefox, for the SP I prefer IE. I just wish IE would take advantage of gdipp font smoothing. What to do?
