I recently purchased a Surface Pro 3. I noticed within a few days that my cursor would automatically move to the upper left hand corner of the screen. I also noticed it only happening in my office. I thought there might have been a bad ground in wiring or some interference. I played with it some more everywhere else and it worked fine. Well, something interesting happened. I noticed the problem happening again when I turned on a desk lamp. It is one of those Barnes and Noble bright white light natural for the eyes student lamps made by Verilux. Whenever I turn on this lamp and the surface pro 3 screen is pointing towards it, the mouse issue happened. I can reproduce this problem every time without fail. Maybe a new firmware needs to be used to fix this issue. I attached a youtube video demonstrating it. Sorry for the bad video but you will get the idea.
